Who may use Orbit

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. Orbit is not intended for children under 16. Do not create an account for someone else, impersonate another person, or provide an email address you do not control.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and keep your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not use Orbit to evade a suspension, probe or disrupt the service, scrape information unlawfully, manipulate votes, or use automated access without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Orbit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes, display, distribute, and make your content available through Orbit. This license lasts while the content is retained and ends when it is deleted, except for copies that must be retained for legal, security, backup, or dispute purposes.

You represent that you have the rights needed to post the content and that it does not violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or applicable law.

Public content and moderation

Messages, replies, usernames, votes, reports, avatars, and moderation information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy. I may review reports and may edit, remove, preserve, or disclose content or account information when permitted or required by law.

Enforcement and appeals

I may limit features, suspend accounts, remove content, or permanently block accounts when I believe this is necessary to enforce these Terms, the Community Guidelines, protect users, comply with law, or protect the service. Contact contact@zetsukae.com within 14 days if you want to appeal an enforcement decision. Some actions may be immediate and some decisions may not be appealable where safety or legal obligations require it.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Orbit infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@zetsukae.com containing the information required by the law applicable to your claim. Do not submit knowingly false claims.

Availability and liability

Orbit is provided on an "as available" basis. I may change, pause, or discontinue features, including automatic message cleanup. To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for user content, interruptions, loss of content, or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and disputes

I may update these Terms by posting a revised version here and changing the effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept them where permitted by law. These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts at my place of residence or business in Switzerland, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.
